When having employees with elevated access rights to Personal tab for one of the filters:
Companies.
Locations.
Departments.
Specific Employee(s)
They will only able to see the managers that are listed under the selected filters.
User with elevated access rights is unable to change line manager
A user with elevated access right is unable to find all managers under Reports To dropdown list.
