Users will have different views depending on their access level 'Employee/Manager/Admin/User with elevated access rights'.
For Employees
Company tab: Employees will be able to see the Information tab for all employees in the company
Information tab: Phone numbers. To enable this:
Go to Settings.
Select Mobile.
Click on Company Directory.
Tick Show Phone Numbers.
Company documents: Employees will have access to the documents that are assigned to their Com/Loc/Dep.
Expenses tab: Employees will only see their Expenses.
News tab: Employees will only see the News posts that are assigned to their Com/Loc/Dep.
Thanks tab: Employees will see their badges and the ones they have sent to their colleagues.
Tasks: Employees will see their own tasks.
Chat function: This can be turned off for all users. To enable the Chat function:
Go to Settings.
Select Mobile.
Click on Mobile Chat.
Untick Hide Chat.
Company Planner: They will see the same view on their web browser app.
For managers
Company tab: Managers will be able to see their reportees' records..
Information tab:
Personal Information.
Contact Information.
Emergency Contact.
Planner.
Logbook.
Documents.
Company documents: Managers will have access to the documents:
Documents that are assigned to their Com/Loc/Dep.
Documents that are assigned to their employees.
Expenses tab: Manager will only see their Expenses.
News tab: Managers will only see the News posts that are assigned to their Com/Loc/Dep.
Thanks tab: Managers will see their badges and the ones they have sent to their colleagues.
Tasks: Managers will see their own tasks.

Company Planner: They will see the same view on their web browser app.
