What is in place for blind and visually impaired candidates?

This would be down to each company to manage this if they need, by providing visually impaired employees with a read to speech tool.

We provide the software but we do not provide the additional means for those that may require this.

Each company would need to have measures in place to accommodate for any users who may require additional assistance with the navigation of the software we provide.
