The Sage tool will return this error when there is not enough memory on the device to read all the information being sent from PeopleHR to the tool.
To resolve this you will need to follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then select query Payroll : Time Data.
Click Edit then select Filters.
Click Timesheet Date then change the filter to This month or Last month.
Click Save.
After you have saved you will need to restart your computer and close all programs then try to run the tool again.
