Access People Analytics uses an employee’s work pattern and planner events to determine the hours recorded for each day, ensuring accurate data transfer.

When you first activate the People Analytics integration, it sends each employee’s scheduled hours data for the past three years.

Each day, the system loads the last 30 days of scheduled hours for each employee, comparing it with the previous day's data. It then adds today’s hours and updates any hours from the past 30 days that have changed.

Changes to work patterns effective more than 30 days in the past will only have the most 30 days’ hours updated.

📌Note: Timesheet data is not included in the hours recorded. Only work pattern days are considered for days worked.
