Employee Playlists utilise a dynamic card-based interface, allowing Administrators and Managers to instantly access key employee data. Instead of navigating through detailed lists, Employee Playlists provide pre-filtered employee groups relevant to daily workflows such as absence management and leave requests.
πNote: Playlists are only available if using the new UI experience. You can switch this on by setting the smart menu toggle to New.
To access Employee Playlists, follow the steps below:
Open Access Button then click Employee.
Click Employees then click View playlists.
Available Playlists
Playlists appear as dynamic tiles, providing a quick overview of each playlist. You can get more information and options by clicking View on the relevant playlist. The table below provides further information on each playlist here.
πNote: Managers will only view employees that report into them, whilst administrators can view all employees.
