What's new

New Employees Page:

  • The Advanced Filter in the Employee List has been enhanced to display all employees when selecting from the Included or Excluded lists. Users can now easily search across the full list and view more results as they scroll, ensuring a smoother filtering experience.

  • The Leavers view in the New Employee List now uses improved sorting by Leave Date, delivering faster and accurate results, especially for larger datasets.

  • Managers with edit access rights can now view leavers and future starters correctly in the new Employee List.

New Starter Wizard Gaps:

  • Weโ€™ve updated the New Starter Wizard interface to include Analysis Codes, ensuring smooth onboarding workflows and proper triggering of related Ripples.

  • The Employee Creation page (Step 2) has been improved for better responsiveness. Buttons and fields now display correctly when the page is resized or viewed in a smaller window, ensuring a smoother experience across different screen sizes.

  • The New Starter Wizard page layout has been optimized for smaller screen resolutions.

Additional Fixes:

  • People Analytics - Family Leave Display: Fixed issue where family leave data was not displaying in the analytics dashboard despite active maternity leave records.

  • People Analytics - Holiday Hours Calculation: Resolved incorrect display showing 15 hours per day instead of 7.5 hours for multi-day holiday periods for employees with no work pattern set-up.

  • People Analytics - Overtime Reporting: Corrected overtime values in Time & Attendance Overtime Overview.

  • TOIL Expiry Processing: Fixed TOIL not expiring on configured expiry dates.

  • Document Deletion: Resolved issue causing users to be logged out when deleting any type of document.
