What's new

New Employee List navigation enhancements:

  • Navigation between employee profiles is now aligned with your active filters and sorting, ensuring the next/previous actions follow the refined list. Filtering, sorting, and search criteria are also retained when returning from a profile back to the Employee List.
Note: Advanced Filter and field-level sorting selections are not yet subscribed to this logic.

  • Enhanced the new Employee List by ensuring consistent alphabetical ordering for employee names, even when loading additional pages.

  • Resolved a problem causing mismatched employee counts on the Employee page when using search and filter combinations.

  • Corrected the Advanced Search behaviour so the filter summary now displays only the active criteria when filtering by a specific employee.

New Starter Wizard changes:

  • Enhanced the New Starter Wizard to allow editing of tasks in the new menu view.

Additional Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where users with edit access rights to Company Documents were unable to delete documents.

  • Resolved a problem in ATS where saving an applicant in the Classic view of the menu incorrectly redirected users to a different vacancy instead of remaining in the current vacancy.

  • Addressed errors that occurred when accessing the Performance tab or switching between Classic and New menu views.

  • Smart Menu search has been improved to include indirect reports for managers, ensuring all team members are discoverable—not just direct reports.

  • Resolved an issue where users with edit access rights were automatically logged out when attempting to create document categories.

  • Fixed an issue with the Indeed integration where mandatory questions could be skipped when applying through Indeed.

  • Resolved an error that occurred when downloading expense receipts from the Expense tab.
