A 360 review collects feedback about an employee from their colleagues. Admins and managers can add 360 questions to a performance review, invite colleagues to answer them and view the responses.

Only admins and managers can invite employees to complete a 360 review.

When you create a performance review, you can add questions to a 360 segment. A segment is a section of questions in the review. Admins and managers can then invite a colleague to answer these questions about the employee.

For example, Employee A is completing their performance review. You invite Employee B to answer 360 questions about Employee A, and PeopleHR records the answers on Employee A's review.

To invite the same colleague again, click +, then select their name.

Admins and managers can open an employee's performance review and click 360. This tab lists everyone invited to give feedback, the status of each invitation and a See Responses option for each colleague.

Employees complete their own review in the Performance area, but they can't see the 360 tab or their colleagues' feedback. Admins and managers decide whether to share this feedback with the employee.

A query is a custom report you build from PeopleHR data. Admins can build a query to collect all 360 answers in one report. Read more in Create a query.
