We commit to reviewing all ideas regularly. Each idea has a six-month cycle during which you can vote for it. At the end of the cycle, we accept or close all open ideas, allowing us to keep the portal easy to use and ensure new ideas stay visible and relevant.

To log your idea on the ideas portal and understand its journey, watch the video below or follow the steps.
Sign in using your work email address.
Click ADD A NEW IDEA then select the relevant workspace for your idea.
Enter a one-sentence summary or vote for an existing similar idea.
Add more details, including the challenge this idea would help you overcome.
If required, click Attach files then browse to and open the relevant file.
Click ADD IDEA.
You can come back to your idea and check its status.
AHA status types
The table below outlines all AHA statuses your ideas can have.
Status | When is this used? |
Under review | Once you submit your idea, we review it, make a decision, and change its status.
📌Note: Ideas with this status aren't visible on the ideation portal until the Product team has reviewed and updated the status. |
Open for Voting | We reviewed the idea.
Anyone has the opportunity to vote for it over six months. |
Added To Product Backlog | We captured this idea in our product roadmap backlog and will endeavor to solve the challenge the submitter outlined. |
Now Available | We promoted the idea to a feature and implemented it. |
Already Planned | This idea is already on a future roadmap. |
Closed - Already Exists | This functionality is available. |
Closed - Will Not Implement | We haven't promoted the idea to a feature and won't implement it. |
Closed - Not Applicable | This idea won't be brought forward. |

What happens with my idea after submission? | We review the ideas regularly and update their status. To view your idea's status, click My Ideas. |
I use multiple products, how do I use AHA? | You have a dedicated URL for each product. |
How can I find existing ideas? | Once you log into your account, you can see everyone's ideas. To check out a specific idea, search for it. |
How can I vote on existing ideas? | Voting on an idea lets us know this is something important to your organisation and helps us understand which ideas are popular.
To vote on an idea, next to the idea description, click Vote.
We can view the companies voting for an idea and we may contact you if we need further details. |
How can I comment on an idea? | To add your comment on an idea, search for an existing idea then click Add a comment to join the discussion. |
