If you have an active logbook designer licence, you can create and edit customisable forms and report on them later!

For external requests such as requests for overtime or change of working hours, you can create approval workflows.

To help get you started, we've prepared a few examples of what you can do with the logbook designer license.

Medical information

This is an example of a medical information form built with the logbook designer.

Performance objectives

In PeopleHR, you can set up performance reviews, including goals.

To help you store and track objectives, you can customise a logbook screen for an objective area suited to you and your company. Here's an idea of what you can build.

Induction checklist

With the use of our checkboxes, you can build a simple checklist or to-do list within a logbook screen.

In our example, the manager uses this form within a new employee's record during their induction.

Buy and sell holidays

If you allow your employees to buy or sell holidays, you can create an approval workflow for employees to submit their requests, such as the one below.

Change of working hours

Here is an example of a form for employees to request a change in their working hours.

Employee suggestion form

Here's an example of a form for employees to submit their suggestions.

To review all suggestions made for that month, you can create a query on this logbook data.

Company equipment

In this example, employees can enter all company equipment, which you can report on later.
