Update holiday entitlement

Update an employee's holiday entitlement.

There may be times when you need to manually update an employee's holiday entitlement. In PeopleHR, you can either do this for individual employees or in bulk.

To do this, watch the video or follow the steps in the relevant section below.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can't change an employee's entitlement for a previous year.

Individual employee

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.

  3. Click Settings then update the relevant details.


Multiple employees

πŸ“ŒNote: You should only use this option after you've selected whether employees' holiday entitlement is in days or hours.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Bulk Actions then click Holiday and Other Events.

  3. Under Action, select Holiday Entitlements This Year or Next Year.

  4. Select the relevant filters then click Next.

  5. Enter the new entitlement then click Next.
