Booking holidays in bulk will allow you to add the same holiday for multiple users instantly.
To book a holiday in bulk as a PeopleHR admin, follow the below steps:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Bulk Actions then click Holiday and Other Events.
Click Book Holiday then apply any of the relevant filters:
Company.
Locations.
Department.
Job Role.
Employment Type.
Specific Employee(s).
To view a list of your filter results, click Test Rule.
Click Next then Add any relevant details.
Click Save.
📌Note: You can not book day and a half, each of them needs to be done separately. For example, you can not book 3.5 days in bulk, you will have to first book the 3 days, and then the 0.5 days separately.
