Stop Automated return to work reminder emails.

When adding a sickness reason that requires a Return to Work (RTW) form, the automated emails will be triggered to be sent. However, changing the reason later will not stop the emails even if the new sickness reason does not require a RTW from.

πŸ“ŒNote: The email will still be triggered to managers even if the employees have been marked as leavers. To resolve that, the forms will need to be either completed or you can delete the current sickness day and re-add it with the new sickness reason that doesn't require a return to work form.

πŸ“ŒNote: When RTW form email is triggered to be sent, it's not possible to change the order of emails to be sent to managers first then to employees.
