When creating or editing a logbook, ensure you only have three existing fields set up to show in the logbook.
To edit the fields you want to show in the logbook, follow the below steps:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings and then click Logbook.
Select the name of the logbook you wish to edit.
Go into each field using the pencil icon.
Ensure that only three fields are ticked as Show in List.
Click Save.
πNotes: The Show in List option refers to the three fields that show in the Logbook overview screen before clicking into it.
