Error: 'Time Intervals are not in sequense'

Failed time and attendance sync.

If you manually add timesheets to the system rather than the clocking machine, you get this error.

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Next to the failed job, click Download.

  2. Open the Master files, and in the INFO column, look for any that say Error instead.

    πŸ“ŒNote: For anyone that this shows as INFO, it means the sync ran successfully for them. The ERROR lines provide the employee ID, date of the failed timesheet, and reason.

  3. Open the employee's planner.

  4. Delete the timesheet for the date you took from the INFO column.

  5. When re-syncing this reuploads only data from the device.
