Headcount turnover tool

How can I create a report on employee turnover.

This tool will provide you with a point-in-time headcount report and a staff turnover percentage.

There is also the option to view this filtered by company, location, department or job role, this implying that the employees need to have this data on their record.

To use the tool:

  1. Create an API key, with access to all employee endpoints, then click on the copy icon.

  2. Download the tool, then click the Settings button in the Excel file.

  3. Add the relevant dates, but don't save it.

  4. Click on the API tab at the top and paste in your API key.

  5. Click Save, then click Get Employee Data.

πŸ“ŒNote: You must ensure that any tool/software that you use is kept up to date with the most recent version. This is to ensure you are up to date with any bug fixes and will avoid errors.

This tool is not supported on Macintosh computers. You cannot exclude any users from the report.
