If your vacancies are not pulling through to your company website:
Make sure that the vacancy is set to External, not Internal. If set to Internal it wouldn't show on the RSS/XML feed.
Check if the data is sent from PeopleHR by following the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click the Settings tab, then select ATS.
Click RSS Feed, and get the link from Your External RSS Feed URL, and open it into another tab.
Click Access Button
Click the Vacancies tab, then click on the link icon next to the vacancy in question and copy it.
Go back to the tab opened at step 3, and search for the vacancy URL by pressing Ctrl + F and then pasting the link of the vacancy.
📌Note: If the link of the vacancy is showing in the External RSS Feed, it means that the issue is local as the data is being sent from PeopleHR and you will need to contact your internal IT.
If still having issues, raise a case and provide the following:
Vacancy link that is not pulling through.
The link to your external RSS feed.
