Signing Logbooks

Can we have different signature fields for the different level of authorisation.

Signing logbooks will allow any user to confirm that they have either actioned or read and understood the logbook.

To set different signature levels:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings, then click Logbooks.

  3. Click the plus + sign, then click Add New Field.

  4. Set the Field Type as Signature.

  5. Set the Who can sign? field accordingly.

  6. Add one signature field for each level.

  7. Select In use and click Save.

If the Lock editing? option is ticked for a signature field, then once a user has signed the logbook, no further changes can be made to it.

πŸ“ŒNote: To allow an employee to sign a logbook, their access must be set to Update.
