If you receive this error when clicking Submit in the Payslip Loader Plugin, this can occur if the payslip file is password protected and the password contains unsupported characters.
Example: The Less Than < symbol is an unsupported character in PeopleHR. If your password contains this symbol, when typing the password into the Owner Password field, this will result in an error.
The following characters are supported, and therefore can be entered within our text fields:
: _ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - + = , . ; ? : / \ -
Although hyphen ( - ) is a supported character, double hyphen -- is not.
📌Note: To complete the payslip loader successfully, ensure the NI number is exactly the same in the employee's Personal tab as in the payslip file.
