To find out more about the Training Matrix, follow the steps below:
In PeopleHR, click Training.
To filter the list of training, click Quick Filters and select one or more from: In Progress, Planned, Completed or Outstanding.
The golden stars indicate the employee's progress. For example, five starts mean they completed the training.
The coloured dots next to the title of their training records relate to the percentage of employees that have not completed this training. The calculation is as follows:
(Total number of employees who booked this training as mandatory and did not complete it / Total number of employees who booked this training) * 10.
The colours work on the following calculations:
Green: 0%
Yellow: 0< and <=25%
Orange: 25< and <=50%
Dark Orange: 50< and <=75%
Red: >75%
To print off training data, use the query builder, export this into CSV and print.
