With the default Training logbook of the system, the below fields need to be In use in the Logbook Settings:
Importance.
Status.
Progress.
Training.
The above are default fields which populate the training matrix and then they should show automatically in the training matrix.
If still having problems after checking the above, raise a case with us confirming:
An example of user that has completed the training logbook and is not showing on the training matrix.
To show when its due to expire via the matrix, follow the steps below:
Click on Training tab one the left hand side.
Click on Quick filters.
Then you should be able to see outstanding, progress, planned and completed trainings.
