If a score shows incorrectly, you need to make sure the Bradford factor reasons are included in the absence scheme. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
Click any sickness entry then, from the Reason drop-down menu, select +(Manage This List).
Select the relevant sick reason then select the Include in Absence Scheme check box.
Click Save then click Close.
Click Save.
There, you will also see the other verification types and you'll be able to manage all other sick reasons.
