Email address changes impact

What happens when changing an employee's email address.

To log into the system, any user utilises the email address stored in their personal record.

Whenever you or an employee changes their email address, the record owner:

  • Needs to use the new address when logging in.

  • Needs to reset their password when logging in again for the first time.

  • Receives emails to the new email address.
