If a user is unable to complete an interactive ripple, check that the employee and manager access has been set to Update within the ripple itself.
πNote: Ensure the employee is completing the interactive ripple from their dashboard.
If the ripple was added when no employee access was granted, remove the ripple and re-add this. This should now follow the new access level set.

If the above has not worked, raise a new case and:
Grant impersonation rights to the email address confirmed with the engineer beforehand.
Attach a screenshot of the issue.
Provide the name of the affected user.
