Unable to complete interactive ripple

My employees are unable to complete an interactive ripple as it states they have no access.

If a user is unable to complete an interactive ripple, check that the employee and manager access has been set to Update within the ripple itself.

πŸ“ŒNote: Ensure the employee is completing the interactive ripple from their dashboard.


If the ripple was added when no employee access was granted, remove the ripple and re-add this. This should now follow the new access level set.

If the above has not worked, raise a new case and:

  • Grant impersonation rights to the email address confirmed with the engineer beforehand.

  • Attach a screenshot of the issue.

  • Provide the name of the affected user.
