The this year value combines standard annual leave with any TOIL days added.
When you add TOIL in the planner settings, the system automatically updates the This year field to include the additional TOIL.
In the planner, the system displays TOIL and annual leave separately to give a clear breakdown of the user’s leave.
Example:
User entitlement: 25 days annual leave and 5 days TOIL
Planner setting (“This year”): 30 days
Planner display: 25 days annual leave and 5 days TOIL
The settings below then reflect the details below on the planner.
