If the popup window keeps disappearing when you try to edit a document it is because you are too far zoomed in on your browser.
You will need to click Control and zoom to 100% this will then allow you to access and navigate the popup window.
Edit document pop-up window disappears before selecting any options
The edit Documents popup window is not clickable.
