The system is showing 261 working days which is incorrect as there are 260 days in a year.

The daily cost of absence calculation takes into consideration the effective date of the most recent salary entry based on the current work pattern. This is the number of working days from the effective date to that date of the following year.

For example, for the salary effective date of 1 January 2022, you'd count the working days from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
