How to record emergency leave

Add emergency leave to adjust the holiday entitlement.

When adding sickness in PeopleHR you have the option to tick the option for it to be added as emergency leave.

โš ๏ธImportant: When the emegency option is ticked the duration of the sickness will be taken off the user's entitlement.

To add emergency sickness:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Select a relevant employee then click Planner.

  3. Click + on the day you wish to add the sickness.

  4. Tick the option for emergency leave then click Save.
