Flow delivers a continuously evolving learning and development solution tailored to the hospitality and tourism sectors, providing accredited, certificated training throughout the industry.
Flow has a limited API available that allows the transfer of new starter and leaver information from People HR People HR will produce a file automatically every 24 hours at midnight, which will then be loaded into Flow.
What data gets transferred?
Employee ID.
First Name.
Last Name.
Work Email.
Date of Birth.
Location.
Final Day of Employment.
Flow Job Title.
Setting Up
You'll need to ask your Flow customer support team for the following information:
Flow Company ID.
Flow Secret Key.
Create a new query which has the following fields:
Employee ID.
First Name.
Last Name.
Job Role
Work Email.
Date of Birth.
Location.
Final Day of Employment.
It is important that the query contains all of the above fields because this integration will not work if one is missed.
Create an API key with access to the Employee endpoints and the Query created for the integration, then copy it by using the copy icon next to it.
Go to PeoplehrInt to log in or create an account.
Once logged in, go to the PeopleHR Settings tab and paste the API key, then click Authorise. Next, go to the Flow Settings tab and enter the information requested, then activate the integration
From here, new starters and leavers will pull through onto Flow every 24 hours.
