Create a query on in use job roles

How can I find out what Job roles are in use so I can delete them after.

In this report, you will see employees' job roles and you will need to manually unassign them from the respective role. After unassigning, the job role can be deleted.

To create a query on this:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. On the Queries tab, click the + plus icon.

  3. In the right hand-side section, select Job Role.

  4. Click Next then click on Job Role.

  5. Select the job roles that need deleted then click Next.

  6. Name the query then click Next.
