To stop Holiday Return To Work Form notifications, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Go to Settings and click the Holidays & Absence tab.
Deselect the Holiday Return To Work Form checkbox. This will stop the daily emails for holidays.
Or complete the form for past holidays.
If the option in settings is not ticked, and users receive emails for holidays that are in the future, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article providing the following details:
A screenshot of the email received
Grant our team access to your system
Confirm if the user has requested the holiday via the mobile app
Provide the below information from the user:
App Version (inc. build number)
Device Make
Device Model
Operating System Android or iOS
Operating System version
