When using TOIL and having the holiday return to work form option activated, the way the notifications can be stopped is by changing their holiday year so the TOIL is included in the current year.

This is occurring because the completion of the return to work form was not actioned when it should, within the holiday year when the request was made. Therefore, because it's a TOIL absence and not a holiday one, the form will need to be completed in the same year as the request was made.

To do this:
Click Access Button
then click Employees.
Change their holiday year so the absence is included in the current holiday year.
Remove the TOIL then add it back.
Change their holiday year back.
After actioning the above, as an admin you will be able to complete the form for them.
πNote: When changing their holiday year, their entitlement will be automatically set to 0 as this is how the system is designed to work.
