Only admins can specify whether a sickness is paid or unpaid.
However, if you want your managers to have the same access as an admin, then enable the admin access rights for them.
📌Note: The managers with admin access can view everything in the system.
If you do not wish to make a manager admin, then unfortunately, this is not currently possible and if you wish to raise product feedback on this.
