To check if managers have access to view salaries:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Go to Settings then select Employee.
Check Manager can see employee salary field.
📌Note: If this says Turn off, managers can see salaries and if it says Turn on, managers can not see salaries.
If managers do have access to salaries, they will also be able to view their additional reports' salaries.
You will also need to ensure they do not have edited access rights. To check this:
Click Access Button
Click on manager's profile then Edit Access Rights.
🤓Tip: If this shows Edit Access Rights in a blue box, they do not currently have edited rights on any part of the system. If this shows Remove Access Rights in a blue box, it means that their access has been edited on some parts of the system.
