How to stop public holidays being deducted after the fixed term end date.

To prevent public holidays from being deducted from the entitlements after the Fixed Term End Date, you must set the employee as a future leaver, and insert the Fixed Term End Date as the Final Employment Date.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Select the relevant employee, and on the Overview, click Leaver Wizard.

  3. Insert the Fixed Term End Date as the Final Employment Date.

  4. Set the required informationlick Save.
