ATS emails not being sent to CC'd email addresses

When CC'd email is applied, the emails are not being sent from the system.

All emails will need to be verified that are sending out the emails from the ATS.

The domain can be verified by:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Go to Settings then click on ATS.

  3. Click on Email Settings.

πŸ“ŒNote: If the emails are still not being sent to the CC'd email, it can be due to a space entered at the end of the email.
