It's not possible to receive emails responses directly to the applicant's record.

Responses have to be manually uploaded. To do this you need to add an email address to receive applicants' responses on:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Go to Settings then select ATS.
Click on Email Settings then click Add Email.
Change the Type Of File from .msg to .pdf/.docx then upload the files to applicant's record, by going to ATS.
Select Applicants then select the relevant applicant.
Go to Files tab then click on Click Here to upload the document.
Click Save.
πNote: Type format '.msg' is not supported by the system.
