Requests not going to the line manager

When submitting a request, this is not going to user's line manager, but to their manager's manager.

To overcome this issue, ensure that the second line approval option is inactive. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click Authorisations.

  3. Click 2nd line approval, and the green tick should be gray for this option not to be in use anymore.
