If you can't edit a query, it means that it was locked by the user who created it:

This cannot be changed unless you create a\ copy of the query. To do so:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click queries then open the query you can't edit.

  3. Click Save as then name the query.

  4. Save and open the new query.

  5. You should now be able to click Edit.

If you know who created the query and want them to unlock it, ask them to:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click queries then open the query.

  3. Click Edit then un-tick the Editing locked option.

  4. Click Save.

You should now be able to amend this.

πŸ“Œ Note: If the query has the lock editing option ticked, only the user who ticked the option will be able to remove it.
