If the goal is not showing within the opened or closed goals but reminders for this are still being sent this would mean the goal is within the Parked section.
To locate the goals follow the below:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Performance tab.
Click the relevant performance review then click the Goals tab.
Click Quick Filters then select Parked.
Mark the relevant goal as complete.
