Being logged out when trying to edit or delete an employee's Contact details

When the employee or admin attempt to delete or edit the current address, it kicks both out of the system.

If the system times out when trying to edit or delete the address from a user's Contacts tab, try the below troubleshooting steps:

  • Try to change this from the mobile app

  • Clear the cache memory on your browser

  • Try from an incognito tab and a different browser

  • Ask a different system admin to do this for you
