Text editor tool in Document Templates and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Merge employee information for easy use in document templates.

The text editor has features depending on the area it's used in.

For example, when creating a document template or an email template within the ATS, there is also a tag list to display all available fields to merge employee information.

When using the text editor, if you get stuck with any buttons or actions, you can click on the question mark icon for a run-through of what each button can do.

To insert an image, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Image Manager icon then click Upload.

  2. Select the relevant file then click Insert.

🤓Tip: You can also upload PDF files.
