QR code showing as invalid for Tap In

Created a QR code and employees are saying this code is showing as invalid.

The QR code needs to be marked as In use to be valid. To set it as in use, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click the Mobile tab.

  3. Next to the relevant location, select QR code.

  4. To set this live as soon as you save this QR code, select In Use at the top of the screen.
