To enforce uploading a resume and a cover letter:
Click Access Button
then click ATS.
Click Vacancies, then click the relevant vacancy.
Click the Questions tab and turn on Must Upload Resume and Must Upload Cover Letter.
Click Save.
Enforce mandatory resume upload
Uploading CV should be mandatory on the vacancy.
