There may be times when you need to amend the expiry date for an employee's holiday carry over, for example, if they're on long term sick leave. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
Click Settings then, next to Incl. Carried Over, click Edit.
Amend the expiry date as required then click Save.
You can only book holidays until the expiry date, so the holidays remaining reflects this limit. For example, if an employee carries over 10 days but the expiry date is in five days, only five days show as remaining.
