Entitlement not carried over into the new year

To automatically bring the left over days across to the new holiday year, review and ensure you populated both Max Holiday Carry Over Days and Max Holiday Carry Over Hours when setting up a carryover rule.

If the new year already started and a rule was not set up prior to this, as a PeopleHR admin you can manually add the carryover value to the employees' current holiday entitlement.

If this has been set up correctly and the new year started but the carryover rule did not take effect, don't amend this manually. Instead, raise a new case to our support team and reference the title of this article.
