Error: 'Unable to Load All Employees'

Issues with doing backups using the external backup tool. Backup Failed: Unable to Load All Employees: Access Denied.

If you see this error message when you use the external offline backup tool, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click API.

  3. Select the API key you used for the tool then click the employee endpoints.

  4. Click Select All then click Save.

  5. Save the API key.
