It is not currently be possible to change the category of Payslips uploaded from Access Payroll automatically.
However, you can post your suggestion on our Ideas portal and it will be reviewed by the product team for potential future changes.

When generating Payslips in payroll, these are uploaded into PeopleHR with the General category automatically.
