You can upload payslips and documents from Star Payroll using the People API into the employee document folder. This takes a CSV file, re-constitutes a PDF from the CSV file into a payslip format and then loads it into the employee record.
📌Note: Before you follow the steps below, you need to download the payslips from Star Payroll onto your computer.
Download the Star Payslip Loader.
In PeopleHR, create an API key then double-click the Star Payslip Loader download.
Enter the API key you created then select the relevant document category.
If required, select the Exclude Leavers check box then select UAT or Production as required.
Click Update then click Browse.
Select the relevant file then click OK.
Click Generate PDF then click Upload PDF.
Click OK.
